Interweaving the life of translator, teacher, self-described Taoist rogue Gia-fu Feng with the tumultuous historical tapestry of 20th century China and the United States, Carol Ann Wilson will share highlights from this man’s extraordinary life. She will also talk about the legacy of his meeting with her sister, Susan. With a deeply personal connection and having spent thirteen years researching and writing about Gia-fu Feng, Carol will speak to the rewards and challenges encountered in writing Still Point of the Turning World: The Life of Gia-fu Feng.
