Chen Style Tai Chi Workshop With Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang
Chen style Tai Chi is the oldest style of Tai Chi known and it has influenced the development of many major styles of Tai Chi that exist today, including the Yang, Wu3, Wu2, and Sun styles. It was created by the Chen family in Chen Village, Henan province, China, in the late 17th century. The Chen style routines practiced today were finalized by Grandmaster Chen Fake, 17th generation of the Chen family.
Chen Xiaowang is the grandson of Chen Fake and the 19th generation lineage bearer of Chen style Tai Chi. Because of his accomplishments in Tai Chi, he is also known as one of the "Four Tigers" of Chen village. Grandmaster Chen has been teaching Tai Chi worldwide and has students on all continents.
