Health Benefits from the Practice of Ba Qua Chuen

This seminar/lecture was presented by He Jinbao from Beijing, China, a direct lineage carrier of the Yin style of Ba Qua.

Master He Jinbao studied Yin-Fu style Ba Qua (eight trigram) martial art system with Grandmaster Xie Peiqi and is the chosen lineage holder. In his quest for Yin-Fu style Ba Qua Zhang, he has interacted with many old martial artists such as Liu Fang and Yang Kun. Master He Jinbao is the head instructor of the North American Yin Style Bagua Association. He is well-known for effective execution and application of Yin style Ba Qua Zhang techniques.
